Going bananas over this delicious low carb, chocolate chip banana bread!!! I made this recipe using the keto birch benders pancake mix and it only requires 5 simple ingredients!
What you’ll need:
1.5 bananas mashed
1/2 cup greek yogurt or DF coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
2 tbs almond butter
1/2 cup of keto birch benders pancake mix
lots of chocolate chips (you can use lilly’s)
What to do:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine! Fold in chocolate chips. Spray bread pan (deep baking pan) with oil and pour in batter! Cook for about 25 minutes and allow to cool! Then cut into pieces and enjoy!!!
Makes 8 servings: 100 cal, 10g carb, 2g fiber, 4g protein
