So many people have been asking for this recipe!!! I found this recipe from @dadaeats and it was amazing!!! Do yourself a favor and RUN to the kitchen to make this. It’s super easy to make and so delicious! It’s gluten free, grain free, & dairy free!!
First make the BROWNIE layer: INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup almond butter 1 tbs coconut oil 1 egg 1/4 cup coconut sugar (can sub with a lower carb alternative such as stevia) splash of almond milk 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 cup almond flour 1/2 tsp baking powder chocolate chips STEPS First, Preheat oven to 350! Combine almond butter, coconut oil, 1 egg, & sugar in a bowl. Add in almond flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and combine. Add in a splash of almond milk to combine it all tog. Throw in some chocolate chips too (because why not). Spray baking tin with a pinch of coconut oil and pour in the batter. Next, make the COOKIE layer: INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup almond butter 1 tbs coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg 1/4 cup coconut sugar (can sub with a lower carb alternative such as stevia) 1 cup almond flour 1/2 tsp baking powder Chocolate chips STEPS Combine almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, 1 egg, and coconut sugar in a bowl. Add in almond flour and baking powder and whisk together. Fold in lotssss of chocolate chips! Add batter in on top of brownie layer and bake for about 20-25 minutes! Cut it up and grab a piece (It’ll go quickly in your fam) !
